Then I suggest some personal training sessions to help you start seeing some results, and building confidence in yourself and your body’s ability. With me challenging you, you’ll be surprised how quickly you start noticing a positive change in yourself.

Personal Training

Together we will create a tailored programme designed specifically to meet your fitness goals and aspirations; following a structured health and fitness routine to enhance your everyday life – from feeling better to looking better.

I use a varied combination of cardiovascular training, resistance training, strength and conditioning, to provide increased overall fitness levels.

As your personal trainer, it is my job to support, motivate and challenge you to achieve your goals.

PT Package Costs

Personal training sessions can be carried out at Just Gym, Saffron Walden (no membership needed), or in the comfort of your own home / garden where I bring a variety of equipment along to keep the sessions changeable, interactive and progressive.

Sessions cost (ph) – £28 private, or £35 at Just Gym

Partner/Small Group Training

Exercising with friends and family offers all the benefits of having a personal trainer, whilst being more cost effective than 1:1 sessions. The maximum for small group training is 3 people.

Exercising in a small group is a terrific way to stay motivated and active.

You will still receive the individual attention to get fit fast and achieve fantastic results.

Group sessions often take the form of a circuit or challenges and games, that are a combination of cardio, resistance, and strength and conditioning.

Group training sessions are £20 per client – these 60 minute sessions are not gym based.
