In-Person Consultations

I will meet with you in the comfort of your home where we can fully discuss your dietary history and the goals you wish to reach. I will then complete a full review and provide nutritional advice personalised to your wants and needs.

1st consultation is £65

I would then recommend that we meet every 6 weeks to keep you accountable and ensure that your progress is being tracked and make any adjustments as necessary.

Follow up appointments are £50

I also offer a tailored meal plan service where I can provide you a detailed daily plan covering all meals and ensuring that you obtain the necessary nutrients needed daily to fit your dietary needs and start seeing results.

Community Online Package

If you have access to Facebook, you can join my online virtual community.

For just £8 per month, you will receive –

  • a daily motivational post regarding diet or exercise
  • a weekly workout for you to join me live, or catch up as many times as you wish throughout the week
  • a recipe of the week for you to try at home
  • a shared space to help and support each other through your weight loss journey

Perfect if you would love to keep up with hints and tips on how to keep healthy through diet and exercise, and for those who just can’t justify the cost of 1:1 coaching.

Online 1:1 Package

Wherever you are in the world, we can get your nutrition sorted together.

The 1:1 package will consist of a weekly check in, and access to me if needed in between times.

I will provide a monthly progressive workout programme that will be tailored to you and suitable for either home or gym environment

Also, a personalised nutrition plan; looking at a suitable calorie intake for you and dietary recommendations (Full meal plans can be written for you at an extra cost)

Finally you will have access to the online community (above) as part of the package.
