Wedding Package

Theres no better time to look and feel your best than on your wedding day, so why not say ‘I DO’ to the complete fitness and nutrition package to ensure you hit those goals and float down the aisle feeling fantastic.

Includes-

  • Either personal 1:1 training or group sessions for bride and groom, or even the bridesmaids and other members of the wedding party as well!
  • Training sessions to be held at Just Gym or from your home- either with me in person or virtual.
  • Full nutritional advice tailored to individuals, and option of a meal planner to really reach those goals
  • Access to the online community for extra hints and tips.

Menopause Package

Ladies, have you reached a certain age and are struggling to make sense of it all?

Suffering with unexplained aches and pains, brain fog, or extreme tiredness?

Putting on weight and have no idea why?

I totally hear you, peri-menopause sucks right?!

Let me help you out with a special package which will focus heavy on strength training- yes it sounds a bit out of the comfort zone, but research has shown that women passing through the menopause need to really focus on strengthening bone and muscle to protect against a loss of bone density.

Not only that; strength training is fantastic at improving your metabolism which helps with weight gain.

This package includes-

  • 1 personal training session a week
  • A bespoke training programme
  • Personalised nutrition advice and plan, focusing on your menopausal symptoms

All this for £175 per month

Pre/Post Natal Package

Have you recently fallen pregnant and now feeling anxious about what you can and can’t do to exercise?

Are you worried about gaining too much weight during pregnancy?

Have you just had a baby and now have no idea how to get back into fitness?

Are you looking to lose excess weight after pregnancy?

Relax Mama, I’ve got you covered!

I have a pre and post natal fitness qualification, but also life experience, as I didn’t stop exercising before or after my son’s birth.

 I can guide you through both exercise and nutrition and diet to keep you on track.

I’ll show you how to carry out safe and effective workouts both before and after giving birth.

We can even work out at home so you won’t need to worry about finding a babysitter. Some exercises can even include your little one- I found it the perfect way to bond with my son!

I will also include nutritional advice personalised to you and recommend the best diet to maintain a healthy lifestyle for both pregnancy and post natal.

This package is £130 per month
