I have a pre and post natal fitness qualification, but also life experience, as I didn’t stop exercising before or after my son’s birth.
I can guide you through both exercise and nutrition and diet to keep you on track.
I’ll show you how to carry out safe and effective workouts both before and after giving birth.
We can even work out at home so you won’t need to worry about finding a babysitter. Some exercises can even include your little one- I found it the perfect way to bond with my son!
I will also include nutritional advice personalised to you and recommend the best diet to maintain a healthy lifestyle for both pregnancy and post natal.
